Abstract
שני מרחבים מתוארים ביצירתו של המלך קרשנה-דווראיה, אמוקטה-מאליידה: עיר בירה מלכותית (מדוראי), ועיירת מקדש (שריוויליפוטור). דרך ניתוח השוני הסגנוני והתוכני בתיאור שני המרחבים האלה מצביעה אילנית לוי שחם על מערך שבו הכוח האימפריאלי מצוי מחוץ לחצר המלוכה בתוך אזורי מקדש כפריים וקשור קשר הדוק להתפשטות זרם דתי דבקותי, שריוואיישנוויזם.
