Abstract
Following the October 7 attack, the State Attorney’s Office announced a “zero-tolerance policy on incitement." The determinate discourse used to disseminate this policy sharply contrasts with the interpretive nature of incitement as a meta-communicative term. Implementations of this policy seek to impose a new moral order on a disrupted reality
