Abstract
המאמר דן בתוכנית של מפלגת "ישראל ביתנו" לחילופי שטחים מאוכלסים בין ישראל לבין הישות הפלשתינית. המחבר מציג את הבעייתיות המוסרית והתועלתנית הטמונה לדעתו בתוכנית, ומנתח את המשוכות החוקתיות העומדות בדרכה. המחבר מתייחס גם להצעתה של "ישראל ביתנו" להתנות את האזרחות הישראלית או את הזכות לבחור לכנסת בשבועת אמונים לישראל כמדינה יהודית.
