Modern Teaming Research: I study how team composition, structure, and leadership shape motivation, coordination, and performance across global, multiteam, and entrepreneurial settings. My research examines how diversity in team composition and work structures shapes motivation, cooperation, and performance among team members and leaders. In today’s global, project-based, and entrepreneurial environments, individuals work across national, functional, and organizational boundaries and often belong to multiple teams simultaneously. These contexts raise fundamental questions about how people allocate effort, exercise leadership, and coordinate across differences in status, expertise, and identities.
