RESEARCH AREA My research examines the joint effects of multiple identities on organizational and consumer behavior. In the complex organizations and global business contexts in which leaders, employees, and consumers operate, multiple identities are often in play simultaneously—group identity and organizational identity, local home country identity and global identity, professional identity and organizational identity, and more. I study identities effect at the individual and team level, and my research interests and project include also team performance and group relationship in different contexts.
