Research interests
Esther S. Levenson is an associate professor in the Department of Mathematics, Science and Technology Education at Tel-Aviv University. Her current research interests include: investigating ways of fostering collective mathematical creativity among students of all ages and abilities, developing mathematical thinking among preschool children, their teachers, and other significant adults related to young children, and investigating mathematics teachers’ beliefs and strategies for teaching in inclusive classrooms . She is on the editorial board of Educational Studies in Mathematics, and the Journal of Mathematics Teacher Education.
