Ephrat, in her research and teaching, connects between arts and social work self- care, supervision, social change, advocacy, and inter-cultural communication and conflict negotiation. The innovation is to use the arts through social rather than psychological theories, as a transformative methodology and as a space within which to co- create new knowledge together with service users.
