Research interests
Einat Peled is a full professor at the School of Social Work and a critical researcher in the field of gender in social work. Her research and writing focus on understanding the ways in which gendered concepts shape the experiences and identities of men and women in situations of violence and social marginalization—especially domestic violence, motherhood in marginalized situations, and sex trade. Another key aspect of her research is the development and evaluation of intervention in these areas, in collaboration with the professionals involved in them.
