My research focuses on integration of care across care setting and its outcomes. I also focus on methods to better understand the distribution of morbidity and multimorbidity among various population groups, evaluating interventions for improving integration of care in multimorbid populations and on equitable health care delivery and its outcomes.

Since 2007 I serve as a senior policy consultant to the Department of Health Policy Planning, Innovation Division, at Clalit Health Services, the largest Israeli non-for-profit health care organization. As part of her collaboration with Clalit I developed the Comprehensive Care for Multimorbid Adults Program (CC-MAP), a primary care nurse led intervention, selected by the Commonwealth Fund as one of 10 international profiles of care models for patients with complex needs (2017). Since 2011 I am the Co-editor in chief of the International Journal for Equity in Health (http://www.equityhealthj.com ).
