Research interests

My main field of research is modern German history, with a focus on the history of political philosophy in Germany in the 19th century, German nationalism, racial theories and minorities' perceptions. I wrote my Ph.D. at the Tel Aviv University, and made my postdoctoral research at the Humboldt University in Berlin. I won the Yigal Alon Fellowship for Outstanding Junior Faculty, and was elected to the Israeli Academy of Sciences and Humanities - Young Scholar Forum. In my current Sabbatical I am invited as a visiting academic by the History Faculty at Oxford University.
