Research interests

Chen Schechter is an associate professor at the School of Education of Bar-Ilan University in Israel. He received his PhD in educational leadership and administration from the Ohio State University. He is a member of the editorial boards of the Journal of School Leadership and Leadership and Policy in Schools. His areas of interest include: educational leadership, school reform, organizational learning, system thinking, educational change. He served as the deputy director of the School of Education, as well as director of the Teacher Education Department and the principal preparation program.
