Research interests
Abira Reizer is an associate professor and the Head of Organizational and Vocational Psychology for Graduate students at the Department of Psychology and Behavior Sciences, Ariel University. Abira Reizer received her Phd. in social and organizational psychology at Bar Ilan University in Israel. She is a licensed organizational psychologist and a supervisor, specializing in organizational consulting. Her primary interests as a practitioner and researcher concern applications of methods, principles, and theories of psychology to the workplace. Her academic publications have contributed primarily to the science of organizational psychology and OB such as, improving the employees’ quality of life, burnout and stain at the workplace, prosocial behavior, OCB and employee’s motivational mechanisms.
