Research interests

Danielle Chaim is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law since 2022. Chaim teaches and researches the fields of corporate law, corporate governance, and securities regulation, with a particular focus on the intersection of these fields with other areas of the law, such as antitrust and tax.

Chaim received her J.S.D. and LL.M. from Columbia University, where she was a fellow at the Mercatus Center and has also won the prestigious David E. Fischmann scholarship. Chaim holds an LL.B. degree (magna cum laude) and B.A. degree in accounting from Tel Aviv University. Prior to joining the Faculty of Law, Chaim practiced in the corporate group of a top New York law firm.
